Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Story of Scripture. Each item is created and packed with care, and we work hard to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.

General Return Policy
Because product sales directly support our ministry program, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges. Returns are only possible in specific situations listed below.

Exceptions
We’ll gladly make it right if:

• Your item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturer’s defect

If one of these situations applies, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Once reviewed and pre-approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products and Gift Certificates
Please note that digital downloads and gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales of these items are final.

How to Request a Return
If your order meets one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order before sending anything back. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll respond with simple next steps for return or replacement. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
